Effective 1 February 2010, J.F. Mackie & Company Ltd. and Research Capital Corporation have merged under one new name, Mackie Research Capital Corporation.

This final step in the merger of J.F. Mackie and Research Capital furthers our intent to create one of Canada's premier investment banks and asset managers with global relationships and expanded client opportunities.

Mackie Research Capital Corporation is privately owned by 75 partners from among our 350 employees. As a fully-integrated investment bank, we offer a full complement of capital markets and wealth management services to private and institutional investors and growth companies.
